When my husband and I got engaged, we knew right away that we wanted a destination wedding.  With our family scattered across Canada we knew having a full week together was the only way to go to get the time we needed with each guest that we wanted to spend our special day with.  So with that decision made, now where do we begin?  We knew we wanted Mexico, but were overwhelmed with the amount of resorts and reviews online.  

Fast forward to finding Kim with SunLovers and all of our prayers were answered!  We told her our vision for a resort we were looking for and she responded with "I know exactly where you will be getting married."  She showed us photos of the El Dorado Royale and we fell in love immediately.  She understood EXACTLY what we were looking for.  She provided us other options of resorts and explained wedding packages, locations & addons available, but we were always  back to EDR every time.  This was enough to convince us that she understood our wants and needs and there is no one else we wanted to help plan the most exciting week of our lives with.

She arranged travel packages for our 68 guests, and let me tell you... we were not an easy group!  Many guests requested special packages and deviations (extra nights, MANY questions & specific requests) and she took care of it all.  I couldn't have imagined doing any of this without Kim!  We had family get stuck in airports due to weather on our way down and she was on it before we even knew about it, arranging them alternate flights to get them there as soon as possible.  Our guests were blown away by her service and couldn't wait to tell us how happy they were with her as soon as they arrived in Mexico.

Kim was there anytime in the year leading up to the trip to answer any questions or stresses I had.  She really is a Bride's Best Friend.  If I had a problem, she had a solution immediately.  If I had questions for the resort, she had contacts to get answers right away rather than me emailing myself and waiting days for a response.  She took all of my stresses away!  So, thank you Kim for making this experience a breeze, we would recommend SunLovers Travel 1000x over again.
