We cannot stress enough how important it is to find a good Travel Agent if you decide to do a Destination Wedding. If it wasn't for Kim, our wedding could have been a disaster. We originally booked with another travel agency and were told we were dealing with a "destination wedding specialist". Well, that was a joke..... after numerous problems with her and many tears of frustration from me, we were referred to Kim by our good friend who was also a  previous client. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS!!! By the time Kim took over our group I was at the end of my rope. I had become stressed out and wasn't enjoying the wedding planning process at all, which is totally out of my character. I swore I would never be that bride. There was an instant weight lifted off our shoulders the day Kim started to work her magic. Not only did she clear up all the mistakes the previous agent had made, but she was also able to add upgrades and perks to our trip that we were never even informed existed. She was so knowledgeable about the resort we chose to get married at and even recommended a mini "honeymoon" at another amazing resort away from friends and family for a few days. It made all the difference in the world to us and really added to our Mexican experience!

The difference between Kim and other travel agents is that she really loves what she does. She enjoys making people's dreams come true and does it all with enthusiasm and professionalism. She isn't just a Travel Agent, she's a specialist who knows her job better then anyone and treats her clients like family. Kim's kind of dedication and attention to detail is hard to come by. I would often catch her working from home on the weekends so that our trip was perfect and the previous agents mistakes were not overlooked. She wanted us to have piece of mind, and that is what I consider going above and beyond. Kim wasn't just our Travel Specialist, she was our Wedding Planner! We never had to wonder if all the details were taken care of, they just were. She was able to restore confidence and trust in us after a really bad experience. The best part was that we were able to enjoy the most important day of our lives with friends and family absolutely stress free! For that, we are forever grateful to Kim!
