One of the first wedding decisions we made was choosing to work with Kim.  As our planning progressed culminating over a year, this decision repeatedly proved to be a valuable investment.  Kim’s positive relationship with the resorts and airlines gave us an advantage in getting the most out of our budget while keeping it simple. 

Kim’s frequent visits to the resorts meant that she always had up to date information on the latest developments and projects at the resort.  She was literally our eyes on the ground because we chose our resort (El Dorado Royale), the gazebo location, reception location and decoration based on her insights and tips.  It was reassuring to learn about our wedding resort from someone who had first-hand experience.  I appreciated that Kim was candid and honest in her advice on the various resorts, restaurants and vendors. 

Kim’s dedication helped our wedding guests mitigate penalties as personal plans changed.  For instance, we had eight people in our wedding party.  At one point around two months before the wedding, there were four out of eight who thought they weren't going to make it — my only brother had a conflict with his engineering exams; my fiancé’s only brother received orders to deploy overseas to Poland; my maid of honour, deployed to Qatar at the time — was told she may have to extend her tour for lack of replacement; and finally, the best man was deployed in Israel without a leave approval.  Needless to say, it was a stressful and emotional time for the bride and groom.  We were grateful to have Kim help us find solutions for last-minute changes and last-minute reservations.  In the end, all eight members of our wedding party were able to attend.  Kim was indispensable during this period as she negotiated with the airline and resort to honour rates and rooms passed the original guarantee.

Our wedding day came and we had 55 people from all over the world in attendance.  We were extremely happy.  It was an unforgettable day that went beyond our wildest dreams.
