We were engaged in October 2010; we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding and were referred to Kim by a friend. Upon our first meeting with Kim we knew she was the woman who would be our wedding planner/travel agent. Kim's enthusiasm for her job is infectious; she truly loves people and she is willing to go above and beyond to make her clients' weddings spectacular.

Kim did an amazing job of planning and organizing our destination wedding in the Riviera Maya. We had over 50 guests attend our wedding, departing from four different cities. One of the first things we learned when dealing with Kim is that her experience in the "field" is her greatest asset. She's been there, she's done that, believe everything she says, because she knows what she's talking about!

Kim recommended the El Dorado Royale, and it was the absolute perfect place for our wedding and holiday. She kept telling us how great this place was, and our expectations were very high. Once we got there and experienced EDR, our expectations were exceeded!

During the planning phase for the wedding, Kim was very helpful and offered superb suggestions and insight. The lines of communication were very clear, and any question we had was answered immediately. From the moment our group's deposits were paid, the organizing of over 50 people proved to be a challenge. During the year we were planning we had: couples break up, people move around the province and across the country, last minute additions, and even a groomsman with no trip booked (because he "booked" through a different agency, who forgot to actually book him a trip) two weeks before departure. Kim handled every single situation professionally and promptly. She pulled strings and made deals happen when she had too. If we didn't have Kim at the helm of our planning, our wedding definitely would have won the "Most Stressful Wedding of the Year" award.

During the past year Kim has been our "go to" woman for everything wedding related; however, she's also become a friend. Thank you Kim, from the bottom of our hearts, you made our wedding day and our vacation to be one of the most special moments of our lives together. We hope to keep in touch with you over the years!
