From day one, Kim was amazing. Not only did she make our dream trip come true, she did in on three weeks notice, tying up all the loose ends and getting us exactly what we wanted despite lack of time. There were a few tense moments when it looked as if it might be impossible despite her best efforts, but each time she dug deep and found a way to make it happen. Needless to say, everything about our trip was as we imagined, from our room to the wedding ceremony. Kim helped us find the perfect resort, got us an amazing deal, and took care of every minuscule detail. Now those are all things you want a good travel agent to do, and take it from us, Kim is a true professional in that sense. But wait there's more. We got a sense that Kim truly loves what she does. It came through when she told us about the resort we were going to: her enthusiasm, and her excitement for us was very apparent. She truly cares about her clients and their experiences abroad, and any time you meet someone who loves what they do, they tend to be very good at what they do also. I would recommend her to anyh couple looking to get married abroad, or to anyone just wanting to go on a great vacation. Thanks again, Kim!
