We had decided to have a destination wedding in Mexico and had started to look into resorts and locations ourselves. Even though we had been to the area ourselves, we were completely over-whelmed. It's hard selecting a resort/location when it's just a vacation but when it's your wedding and you're planning for many different people, it's extremely hard and stressful. We talked to various people and did a lot of research ourselves but we weren't even close to selecting a resort.  That's when we met Kim at the bridal fair and decided to get some help from her.

We discovered Kim had first-hand knowledge of the best resorts in Mexico and was able to give suggestions based on her personal experience. This was very different than the other travel agents we had dealt with where we were just looking through brochures (which are often very misleading). It was very reassuring knowing she had been to the resorts herself and had previously sent clients there also.

The resort that we selected (based on Kim's advice) was beautiful and our wedding turned out perfect. All of guests had a great time and we're extremely happy with how it all turned out. Kim had many contacts at our resort and she ensured they took good care of us. When we did have an issue, Kim was able to fix things right away by talking directly to the resort. You cannot get this sort of personal service and expertise just anywhere.

We had a great time and loved our wedding (and so did all of our guests) and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Kim. Her expertise allowed us to plan the perfect wedding and removed most of the stress and problems. Thanks again Kim!
