From the moment I met Kim, I knew that we had found the perfect person to help plan our destination wedding.  John and I were engaged in March 2013 and knew we wanted to get married somewhere hot and tropical.  After one disappointing visit with a travel agent who supposedly  "does a ton of destination weddings" but could not give us any feedback on resorts that offer weddings, we found Kim!  I remember our first visit like it was yesterday...Kim pulled out a giant map of different destinations such as Mexico, Dominican and Jamaica and covered all the pros and cons of every place.  We wanted to ensure that guests who were coming to our wedding would have the best quality experience within a certain budget.  Kim not only got our group great prices on their vacation but also paired us with the most perfect resort to have our destination wedding, the Azul Sensatori in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The Azul Sensatori was beyond amazing.  The staff and quality of service was like nothing we had ever experienced before and we have been to quite a few resorts in the past.  From day one, the staff made our whole wedding group feel like royalty.  Everyone in our group raved about the service, the food, the amenities and the staff.  The resort was also the perfect size for our group.  You could be everywhere within 5 minutes.  We had around 85 people with us and would continually make rounds between beach to family pool to adult pool to see everyone.  And then there was our wedding day...we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!  With destination weddings you really have no idea what you're getting until you arrive at the resort.  The entire wedding was planned via email in next to no time at all with the help of Kim and the Karisma wedding consultants.  It really was all super stress-free and next to no work!  The onsite wedding team took our vision we had emailed and provided us with the most extraordinary day!  Our ceremony was on the sky deck which gave us the privacy we wanted for our wedding.  It was perfect.  The cocktails and reception were on the beach and many of guests said it looked like a wedding from the movies.  The resort staff that took care of our wedding were superb!  You never had an empty cocktail glass!  The DJ was a blast and was well worth the money!  Our party on the beach was supposed to end at 10pm but the resort allowed us to extend it until 11pm with no problem at all.  Overall, the Azul Sensatori was the perfect destination for our wedding and we would never have picked this resort or known about it had it not been for Kim.

I would recommended Kim to anyone wanting a destination wedding.  Her experience and knowledge are so invaluable.  Beyond that, she is so caring and compassionate about her work and this is what really sets her apart from any other travel agent out there.  We had a large group from across the country that Kim organized.  I honestly would have gone crazy without her!  She dealt with numerous emails with different travel requests and questions and I don't know how she did it.  She is amazing at what she does and managed all of our guests perfectly.  She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy, that their questions are answered and requests are satisfied.  I know she has several other clients that she is working with but I always felt like we were the only ones.  I think that speaks volumes about how much she cares about her clients and the relationship she builds with them.  We honestly had zero stress throughout the wedding planning process and we owe that to Kim.  Our wedding day/week was the most memorable and amazing time of our lives.  Everything went off without a hitch!  Not only that, she scored us a crazy great deal on our relaxing honeymoon week at the gorgeous El Dorado Casitas!  Thank-you Kim!  You are the best!
