Making the decision to get married in Mexico was a quick and easy choice for my fiancé and I,  however once it came time to start planning the Mexico wedding we quickly realized we had no idea where to even start.  We attempted to email a few resorts to see what they offered and didn’t really get much help with their responses.  By luck we stumbled upon an ad for SunLovers in a bridal magazine and decided to give Kim a call.   We are so glad we made that call because without Kim’s help we don’t even know how we would have got through this, we didn’t even know where to start!  From the very beginning Kim was a huge help and started to make the planning of our destination wedding to be fun rather than stressful.  There were times that our friends and family gave Kim a hard time but she always handled herself like a true professional and always acted like a lady.  Kim was extremely knowledgeable of all the little details that we needed to know (and would have never thought of on our own!) and was great at giving us helpful suggestions to ultimately give us our perfect wedding.

Kim was there every step of the way to help us and even though we were in different time zones and have crazy work schedules she was always accommodating to our schedule .  Thanks to Kim’s excellent relationship with Karisma Hotels & Resorts we were treated like royalty once we arrived and received many additional perks that the average guest wouldn’t receive.  From the perks on the plane to the ride to and from the airport!  We had a few guests birthdays in the month of May and Kim helped us plan and celebrate each and everyone's birthdays. When the birthday guests arrived to their rooms they all received a cake (which was DELICIOUS!!!) and champagne. Even our parents were upgraded to the one bedroom suite with the roof top patio for free!!!!  

Our wedding day was perfect!  We did end up having to move our reception to the ballroom which ended up being the best decision for us and the guests... there was Air Conditioning! Our guests loved the resort and the experiences they all had.   Everything went smooth thanks to Kim and the onsite wedding staff.

We had read some reviews from people who had planned their wedding using another outlet and all of them were horror stories; we couldn’t be happier that we ended up choosing SunLovers.
 
Kim, you went above and beyond our expectations to help us with our amazing wedding!
